Game Story:
Take on the role of a young adult. A recluse, antisocial, addicted to games and porn who spends every day locked in his room.
He has no friends and is treated like a loser by everyone.
One day, while surfing the internet, he receives a strange ad about a new MMORPG on his computer screen. When he clicks to create his character, he is transported into the game called "Necronomica". A gothic fantasy world that is ruthless and cruel, but full of monster WAIFUS.
A new virtual life as a character in a strange fantasy world awaits him now and he will finally fulfill his dream: To create the a harem of hot monster girls!
Game Progression:
The mentally unstable Main Character will basically divide his time between his real and virtual life in the two worlds he now has access to.
Upon entering Necronomica, he chooses the "Incubus" class to play and discovers that all the skills he acquired in the fantasy world can be used in the real world as well.
When he discovers that he can return to the real world with all of his character's powers, he makes a decision: To become a true villain in both worlds and have the biggest harem of hot monster girls ever.

Warnings
This is a game with a lot of dialogue and long scenes. If you're not a fan of long narratives or if you don't like Sandboxes, this game might not be for you.
Isekai Bastard contains a lot of dark humor and fetish scenes that might put off a more vanilla audience. Content like Netorase, Futanari (Avoidable), Monster Sex, Hard Corruption and etc. If you don't like stuff like that or are easily offended, this game might not be suitable for you as well.

I know it is probably partially in the name, but this game definitely needs an "UGLY BASTARD" tag. I was loving the style and the girls until I saw what I am supposed to play as... XD Yeah fuck that. lol

Itch has freestyle tagging. But currently only 5 games use the ugly bastard tag. If there is a tag for the concept that is more popular, like a few hundred games, that might be a good idea.
So, I know this is going to be a longshot, but can anyone offer advice on how to get this game to run? It boots up really slowly, and I was wondering if there's anything I can configure. It's probably just my system being old and crappy, but I'd really like to give this game a try. I don't usually have a problem getting Unity games to play, so I thought maybe I could turn down the graphics or something.
I’ve spotted an issue in the latest versions where players with non-SSD drives or weaker PCs struggle with the initial game load, since everything loads at once on the home screen. Unfortunately, there’s no fix for this other than creating a separate “Part 2,” which is exactly what I’m working on for Chapter 2. I'm sorry about that. 🙁
Yeah, so it is a hardware issue on my part, fair enough. Would this mean that if I left it to load for a while it'd get smoother? That it's just the initial load I have to be patient for?

You can start the game then let it load, it can take some time, even 1 hour, after it loads it runs good

I'm very busy with the updates at the moment, but in the future I'll work on translating the game into other languages, including Spanish.

Not at the moment. Focusing on desktop builds is much more practical for this type of project. Sorry. 🙂
This probably happens because the game executable is on an external link using filehosts, due to the 1GB file limit allowed by itch.io.
Try download from the links normally. The links are safe and always checked for viruses before uploading.
The game is really nice. I like the style and realistic bodies. What I always would like to see in such games is to rotate camera view in the scenes ( don't know how hard it is to implement ). Also does the Gallery work? It says WIP and I don't understand what it means. Like I need to pay for this)

WIP stands for 'work in progress'. The gallery is very hard to code, so I'll implement it later when the game is more stable.
Unfortunately, this is not a 3D game, so a 'Rotate camera view' feature in cutscenes is kind of impossible, because it's a render-based game, and I would have to create several animations to 'simulate' the camera movement. This would make the animations very difficult.

Also I see that some actions require another counter to be more than N. For example "Dinner with mom >10". It would be very nice if you add ( or added already? ) a current value of the counter like "Dinner with mom >10 ( now: 5 ).
In the whole the walkthrough is helping a lot as not always it is clear should you play this event or not. But as I can see you are working on adding the guide inside the game.
I'm also gamedev and learning to make my own games. So your story of 4 years development is inspiring. Another example of importance to just not stop working on your dream even if you do very small steps and even sometimes you don't do steps at all or some steps back. Just keep trying and eventually you'll become closer to the goal.
the hearts for affection/ progress with each girl isnt going up so im not sure what its at is that normal?

If the heart isn't going up, it means you're playing in an outdated version. Check your game version please. v0.11d fixed this bug.

Those two are actually quite good external hosters. No clutter, no fake downloadbutton advertisements and bad stuff like that. Sucks only, if you download over their limit.
The file is over 4GB. Maybe it could be compressed more, but storage increase on Itch might take a while or not be granted. I think standard available space is 1GB or 2GB and with 3 versions, this would be about 12+ GB right now.

Futa, lesbian content is completely avoidable. NTS however is not. Some girls has nts scenes but others do not and are locked in romance route.
